Services Disclaimer I provide naturopath and reiki consultations, which may include nutrition consultations, pathology and functional pathology services, reiki & crystal healing and swedish massage. I endeavour to provide holistic care to all members of the public, making alternative care services and products available to those who are interested in caring for their health, wellness & lifestyle or who would like to be educated around improving their health.

MY RESPONSIBILITY I am qualified Naturopath with an Advanced diploma of Naturopathy. I am currently studying a Bachelor degree of Naturopathy. I provide Naturopathic services under the ATMS ‘code of conduct’ and endeavour to keep my education current and enhance my qualifications through ongoing education in Naturopathy and other combining modalities. Best practice health control is practiced at my clinic at all times. Health posters may be displayed for your information in my clinic and on my website. In order to ensure that appropriate treatment is provided, I may recommend you undertake diagnostic pathology or functional pathology testing as part of a treatment consultation.

 

Prescriptions can only be dispensed for a maximum three month period. After this you will need to come in for another consultation to review your care and revise your treatment plan. I am trained as a health professional and can only give advice on holistic care to improve your lifestyle and prevention of common issues.

 

My reiki & crystal healing services are an alternative complementary treatment modality. I cannot guarantee you that you will get better and cannot diagnose conditions. If your needs are beyond my scope of care, including financial, legal, serious medical, or mental health issues, you should seek advice from other appropriately qualified professionals. Referrals are practiced as part of my service in line with my obligations and duty of care as a health professional.

 

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY Please make sure you thoroughly understand the information that I provide to you, and contact me by email, phone or chat if you need to ask questions about your health care plan or treatment. Monitor your own reactions between consultations, and if you have any concerns, please seek appropriate professional advice or call 000 in case of a medical emergency.

 

Anyone under the legal age of 18 years old requires a parent to attend the consultation with them. Please let me know if you're not happy with any of my services, as I can refer you on to other professionals with your consent, if required. Appointment Policy If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide me with at least 24 hours’ notice.

 

Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit 50% of their consultation fee unless the cancellation is due to an emergency beyond your control.

Payment Terms

I will accept payment via Paypal, direct debit or ezi-debit, Stripe, credit or debit cards, or bank deposit for all consultations, health packages, programs, workshops, courses, ebooks, self published books and online products offered for sale on my website. Payment in full is required prior to the commencement of your consultation. If payment is not received, the appointment will be cancelled, and there will be no further consultations with me or access to my products or services.

If an acute consultation is lengthy and complex it will be upgraded to a “full Naturopath” consultation to ensure you get a thorough and comprehensive prescription & treatment. Payment for the difference between these consultations is required within 24 hours of the consultation. I offer a 10 day cooling off period for any of my courses or program packages. After this time, no further refunds are available. I may offer to set up an installment plan for purchases of consultation packages, courses or health package programs. If an installment plan is agreed to, you must arrange for payment by direct debit or bank deposit.

 

SECURITY POLICY Payments are accepted online or in clinic through my website, using the Practice Better booking system or Wix payments. Records of all transactions are kept in Quickbooks. Shipping of Products I provide Naturopathic and alternative health products for sale, including Herbal and Nutrition supplements, Flower essences, Homeopathic remedies, Beauty and health products, and food. These products are intended to support your well-being and are not offered as or claimed to be able to cure anything.

 

Australia Post shipping costs will be added to your shopping cart at time of purchase. All products purchased from us will be carefully checked and packaged before leaving the Infinite Balance Health clinic. I strongly recommend that you choose postage with insurance for all products or articles purchased from Infinite Balanced Health. Large or fragile items will only be shipped if insured.

I have no responsibility for shipping products which you have purchased from a third party. If a product that you have ordered becomes discontinued or unavailable, I will directly inform you by phone. It is your responsibility to ensure that the contact details on your order are correct.

 

Refund Policy To receive a full refund, consultations must be cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice. All consultation appointments may be rescheduled, with 24 hours’ notice, to another available time within six months of the original appointment. Please see myAppointments Policy for consultations cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice. There are no refunds available for consultations that have been delivered. Please see the section on Consumer Guarantees if you are dissatisfied with my service for any reason.

 

All courses purchased have a 10 day cooling off period. You may cancel your purchase for a refund during this time if you find the course is not suitable for your needs. There are no refunds after the cooling off period has expired. Retreat bookings cannot be refunded. However, you are welcome to transfer your booking to someone else.

 

Retreat bookings must only be used for scheduled Retreats. Transfers are at your own discretion but must be organised at least 72 hours before the retreat date. It is your responsibility to notify me of the new attendee to arrange their booking and requirements. There are no refunds on purchases of products made online or in-clinic unless the item is damaged. If the product arrives in less than perfect condition, please email me with photographic evidence to discuss a replacement or refund. Consumer Guarantees Please contact me if you have any problem with my services or products so I am quickly aware of the matter.

 

If you still unsatisfied about the outcome after our discussion, please send me a written complaint. I will endeavour to contact my professional association, Australian Traditional-Medicine Society Limited ABN 46 002 844 233 within 24 hours’ of receiving your complaint. However, any rude or offensive comments will be deleted immediately, and you will not be able to sign up for any further offers organised by Infinite Balanced Health. Visitors to my website are encouraged to engage with me through social media & through my online store or website. You can communicate with me through Facebook, website, Instagram, email or phone and you will get a response within 48 hours. From time to time, I may invite contributions from affiliates, collaborators and joint venture participants.
